    How dd you get access to the suitcases?Those of us who had family there are not allowed access.

      Mary Helen, The suitcases are part of the archives of the New York State Museum and are therefore available for limited access by the public. If you are a direct descendent of the owner of a case, you should contact Craig Williams at the museum. / You might be thinking of medical records which are a completely different situation. The NY State Office of Mental Health has to abide by HIIPA laws which are very tight about who can access patient information. Again, if you are a direct descendent, that should be possible.
