If you are a direct descendent of the owner of a case, you should contact Craig Williams at the museum. / You might be thinking of medical records which are a completely different situation. The NY State Office of Mental Health has to abide by HIIPA laws which are very tight about who can access patient information. Again, if you are a direct descendent, that should be possible.
