Recorder

I’m in Princeton, NJ and just finished shooting for the evening.  Last night I had a quick job at Smith College and saw this on a bulletin board.  It really made me laugh out loud.

    A co-worker of mine actually plays the recorder, and is very serious about it! I gather that it’s a large part of renaissance era music and choral groups,

    My parents, 4 brothers and I all played different octaves of recorders when I was a kid. When we all played together, it was amazing!! Unfortunately it only happened once in our living room. Thanks for rekindling a fond memory.
