Paperwhite Update #3 / Groundhog Day Edition
The whole living room smells great. This is the same set I used in the original post. And still no evidence of “drooping”, although the flowers seem much too heavy for the stem supporting them. Ain’t nature grand?

Last night when I was brushing my teeth I thought, “I bet we get a picture of the paperwhites from Jon tomorrow”. Thanks for the beauty on a rare, rainy California morning.

You’re going to laugh here, but next time you grow them, as they begin growing, add 1 shot of vodka to 8 ounces of water, and then use that to water them when they get dry. It keeps them shorter, so that they don’t fall over, but the flowers are not affected at all.
