Pearl
For some reason, Pearl has become very attached to her leash. When we walk down to the bottom of our street, we need one to cross the Amherst Road. Just this past summer, she started wanting to carry it in her mouth. If I have it in my hand, she keeps nudging me until I give it to her. She is the sweetest dog.
I love this.
My Great Dane Pebbles does that. She likes to walk herself.
What a cutie!
We have a border collie named Marley. She is a rescue. Someone left her at our local dump. She has the same eyes. She is a sweetheart. The best dog I have ever had! So glad to know there are more like her out there. Pearl is a dear! You are a lucky duck.
Jon….also I am really enjoying your photographs of the suitcases. Each one is a gift and my life is enriched. Thank you so much for sharing!
Dawn
Sweet!
A beautiful dog…perhaps she feels as if she is “retrieving” the leash for you! 😉
You did seem to me to be a pet owner. I once had a house full of them only mine all had wings.
Birds Are U.S. is still on my “business cards” though I no longer have the business which I
donated a year ago to my local humane society. One might say I’d become an animal hoarder;
though I do still miss them terribly. I now sit and enjoy my bird feeders in the back yard and feel
alot calmer & healthier without all the noise and mess of 36 sweetheart, kissey-faced cockatiels. I had a
beauty also named Pearl. Pets are wonderful. Had you always leashed Pearl on walks? If so then she’s
telling you what she wants…
What a love.
This is so sweet.
