That Thing Again (with phone)

It happened again.  I left DC this morning at 6.00 and when I got home this afternoon I texted Peter to tell him that I had made it safely.  He replied, I tossed the phone onto the ottoman and it stood on end.  I left it this way for about an hour.

And a note about the Lavender ice cream.  Lisa, you really should try it.  Very subtle; mostly just sweet cream with just a hint of the lavender.  I am still thinking about it.

    Just love reading the heading, “That Thing Again” and discovering the latest balancing object: cheese, penny, battery, quarter, phone, bottle cap…what will be next? It’s kind of a weird superpower, Jon. Use it wisely.

    I did try it, Jon. Last night, and it was amazing! I knew of a place here that made it, but just never thought I would like it. After reading your post, I knew I had to give it a try. So glad I did. Really unusual, but in a very yummy sort of way.

    Now this whole balancing act you’ve got going on is just plain cool! 🙂

    Jon if you like lavender ice cream you might also like rose ice cream. The next time you are passing through Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton PA area you should take a small detour to the Amber Indian restaurent in Moosic, PA which is right of I81. They have rose ice cream that is so good that when I get a chance to go there for their lunch buffett I usually eat it first.

      Sarah, thanks for your note. I drive that way from time to time and I will stop . I love Indian food, and the ice cream sounds amazing. / The suitcases are moving along. Peggy and I hope to finish shooting by the end of the year. Would love it if you could stop out sometime. We think of you often when we are working in Rotterdam. Best, Jon
