dosa time

Hey everyone!  We are back in Kathmandu and that means one thing.  Masala paper dosa time.  Cristine’s favorite food.  I love ’em too.

I will attempt to post regularly here and will almost certainly post daily on my instagram site @jonkcrispin.

    Yeah! I love it when you travel and I wake up in the morning to your posts. I am going to appreciate another year of Nepal. Can you include an update on their recovery?

    Wow! That thing is big enough for 3 meals! What’s in those? Looks like a giant egg roll. Bon appetit!

      It’s a very thin and crispy rice flour “pancake”. The filling is only in the center and is a potato based mixture. Very yummy.
